Sea, Land, Air
The quality of our work in the vineyard is transferred to our wines through the immense quality of the natural Sea-Air-Earth elements existing in the natural environment of our vineyard. They are the protagonists of our Veral de Arimar wine, as they are what give the wine its personality, an aspect that is clearly visible and appreciated by pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago.
These are very limited and small editions.
SEA
The sea is the dominant element in the surroundings of Rías Baixas. Its salty air can be breathed at every corner, and its crystalline waters merge with the horizon. The sea offers an infinite number of adventures to explore, from the marine life that inhabits the ocean floor to the clean white sandy beaches. This abundance of salt water provides the land with a wealth of minerals and nutrients that allow the grapes to reach the maximum concentration of aromas and flavours, and the wines of Veral de Arimar-100% Albariño have a very distinctive personality in their variety.
LAND
The land of the Ribera del Río Ulla where our vineyards are located, the result of the collaboration between the sea and the rivers, forms a unique terrain. This land of clayey and sandy soils, with a large amount of nutrients, is favourable for the development of the vine, allowing the wines to reach a high quality. The variety of climates also influences what makes the wines of Veral de Arimar so special, giving a unique flavour to each glass that reaches its maximum expression in Veral de Arimar-Godello Atlántico.
AIR
The air of the Ribera del Río Ulla is fresh and clean, gently perfumed by the breeze that flows from its mouth and the leafy forests through which it passes. The air helps the wines to reach optimum maturity, as it favours the evaporation of the grapes and allows the aromas to develop to their full potential. This mixture of sea air and fertile land contributes to the creation of Veral de Arimar - Mixto Albariño&Godello wines, with a unique and characteristic personality.
