Wine is made on the vineWe are a family business made up of enterprising winemakers who develop winemaking practices based on the traditions of the Ribera del Río Ulla, with the vocation of preserving the culture of viticulture and winemaking that has been passed down from generation to generation for centuries in this area.
Although, we also use modern science to improve the quality of our wines, we prioritise the maintenance of tradition so that our wines retain a unique and authentic flavour.
Convinced that the best wine is made on the vine, we work with enthusiasm and motivation all year round, solely in our vineyards, which are located in the best wine-growing areas of the region with a long tradition of production. Our vocation is to care for our vineyards through sustainable agriculture, respecting nature and its resources.
We are committed to caring for the land and respecting the diversity of the region's soils and climates.
We produce our wines from a selection of our best grapes, in a slow process of ageing on their lees, prioritising the maximum quality of the natural fermentation processes.
We are aware that our winemaking tradition is in danger of disappearing. That is why we are committed to maintaining and reinforcing the winemaking tradition of this region through this project.
With these elements we elaborate our wines with an interpretation of the traditional techniques with the modern means available nowadays to offer wines with an optimum quality. They are exclusive and very limited productions.

DO Rías Baixas
In the Rias Baixas Denomination of Origin (Galicia, Spain), traditional practices have always been used to care for the vines, guaranteeing the quality of its wines and ensuring sustainable production.
